What can i do for my cham. while she sheds?

Keep the humitity lvls up make sure its got a good scratching post or mine likes to scrape on the vine and if its humid and hot where u live hold it out side for a bit

I'm new to chams but from what I have gathers just mist them and keep the humidity up... With my snake, high humidity misting, a warm bath, and something to rub on works the best, my assumption is that is about all you can do.

When my snake sheds i give him a bath and sumtimes rub him but i would not do this to a chameleon. there skin is more fragile and can tear easily. just keep spraying with HOT water and it should ome out of the sprayer as warm BUT try it on ur hand to make sure its not too hot.

a nice warm shower always help, i take mine in the shower with me, and we just hang for 20 to 30 minutes. the humidity and the warm water really help with the itchies!
