what do i feed my crickets

I'm fixing to start keeping round 20 dozen crickets at a time..I was wondering what I need to feed them as far as fruits and vegetables

**my own personal cricket blend**
Shredded carrots, shredded butternut squash, spring mix salad, dusted with calcium powder, and dry-cricket food mix you can buy at pet stores (I mix it with my multi-vitamin when it's my chams day to have his crickets dusted with MV because my cham HATES eating crickets dusted with it. I find he doesn't care, or notice, when the crickets have been eating their mix with MV in it.

A lot of people on here use Cricket Crack and Bug Burger WITH veggies.

For keeping a large amount, I generally use lettuce and potato and carrots. Then when I separate the ones I'm going to feed off the night before, I use the good stuff to gut load them.
