what else can i feed me chameleons?

ok so i have 2 female yemen chameleons they get fed crickets, fruit flies & mill worms 9mill worms are hand fed) i have 2 different powders to put on the crickets so is there any other food they would need or would they do? also i know this is not toi do with food but i have been advised to get a male yemen should i do this or not? & are they suppose to be handled some one told me not to handle them as they get scared

handling depends on the chameleon, however most do not respond well to it.

you can feed any number of things, the main staple foods are crickets, silkworms, roaches (usually dubia but there are many that will work) and super worms.

i was a little worried about stessing them out but the big 1 loves to come out & stay out for quite often the other 1 will come out but not as often
