What else is good to gutload with Bug Burger?

I recently decided to order some Bug Burger just to try it out for the first time. Previously I was just using my own homemade gutload for my crickets, but I want to be assured that Specs is getting everything he needs. The order I placed should be coming in sometime today.

So, what else should I mix with Bug Burger and how do you give it to your crickets?

I've also decided to try out Repashy Calcium Plus (the all-in-one) for the first time as well, to be more assured that he's getting all the supplements he needs. No more having to deal with remembering to use Multivitamins or D3 twice a month. Is there anything else I should do with that, and your thoughts on the product?

Those days offering bug burger, you dont really need to gutload with anything else. But you probably dont want to exclusively use bug burger. Switch it up with normal gutload stuff on some days instead, such as: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/75-feeder-nutrition-gutloading.html and https://www.chameleonforums.com/blo...just-crickets-roaches-gutload-everything.html. Bug Burger does contain a potential carcinogen which is likely only a concern with regular frequent use. If using good gutload, you likely do not need to use the repashy calcium plus as often as daily either BTW.

Thanks, Sandra. :)

I was already using some of the things out of your guide. I'd just thought I'd try something new, though. One of the reasons being because a lot of the ingredients that I had in my homemade mix was left in the freezer for quite a while and was freezer burnt, and the proportions weren't very stable. What I was using before:

Wet: A big blended mash of oranges, apples, carrots, dandilion leaves, lemon, potato, green beans, bell pepper, flukers orange cubes, and collard greens.

Dry: A mix of crushed sunflower seeds, hemp seed, dried mango and papaya, cran raisins, peanuts, dried kelp, and flukers dry gutload.

I have them both in containers in the freezer. I wasn't very sure if these made adequate gutloads because I just used what I already had at home and scrounged around. There isn't a whole lot of carrot and there was a lot of kelp so I made do with what I had. Should I keep using these gutloads to use on the days im not using Bug Burger?
