What is a good ratio to crickets and worms.

Ok I want to feed my soon to be chameleon a mix of crickets and a type of worm. My idea is going to be like 1/3 crickets, and 2/3 silk-butter-phoenix worms, the worms would alternate daily. I can switch the ratio to 1/3 worms and 2/3 crickets but my main question is how much do I give of each

I think 50/50 or 70/30 crickets: worms ratio is good. Crickets offer a better opportunity for supplying nutrients as they're easier to gutload with a variety of different fruits, grains and veggies than worms are.
