What is the lump on my veiled chameleons neck

Fig has been very inactive lately and so I asked someone why and they told me I needed to get different lighting and a humidifier I got the fogger today and the light is coming tomorrow but I just noticed a lump on his neck and he’s rather bloated so I’m really worried and he pooped yesterday his urate was white and a bit orangey which I know means he’s dehydrated I just got him so I’m still trying to get everything together

The lump on the throat is normal. They will puff out that area when they are basking, feeling threatened, when warming up, and shedding.
