She loves climbing up me and half the time refuses to go back in the habitat.Hello Gwendolyn.brock, chameleon's climb to the highest place so that they can feel safe. And I love the reply.
Barney is a dinosaur from our imagination!I think he stressed out a bit when I first put him in his "big boy" cage.
This was him moments before the other pic (while still in the cage):

ROTFLMBO!!!When my panther cham was 4 months old or so he broke out of his enclosure, broke into the cricket bin, and ate so many crickets that he physically could not haul himself back out. I found him laying in the bin with the biggest cricket gut you can imagine! It was like he'd swallowed a very small bowling ball I thought he would herniate or something, but he just basked in his cage for a few hours then had the biggest, smelliest poop and was fine.
OH my! ROTFLMBO!....to the point of tears! Hysterical! Thank you for sharing. Needed that laugh.
He was very smart though....flipping upside down to hang and crawl. Amazing.
Or he just said "F*** it".
This is my friends Jackson. He found his way up to a rope that was hanging in the garden, but I guess he didn't expect a rope to be that unstable. I l-o-v-e-d it when he opened up his legs like a bird to find balance. Haha
Not sure that's on purpose ???hahahaHe was very smart though....flipping upside down to hang and crawl. Amazing.
Gwen, my last hatchling loved to use my ear and my hair to climb. Really tickles. My chameleon seems to think my hair is a vine and climbs to the top of my head just to sleep there
When I have my hair braided she loves to climb half way and kinda just sits there. It feels weird cause she's bigger than the last time I took her out, she seems to be putting on good weight. It tickles when they grasp your bare skin at all, my little Reptar does not seem to like my giggle though.Gwen, my last hatchling loved to use my ear and my hair to climb. Really tickles.
Manipulative!Today I gave mine hornworms for the first time and he really seemed to like them. He liked them to the point where he sat at the front of his cage and stared at me until I gave him more... lol!
