What is this pest?

These are beetle larvae, order coleoptera, and have complete metamorphosis, that is- egg, laevae, pupae, and adult. Stink bugs are in the order hemiptera and have gradual metamorphosis, egg, nymph, and adult. I don't know if they are toxic to lizards, probably depends on what they are feeding on.

I agree the first couple pics look different than the last with the eggs. I was commenting on those, which are definitely stinkbugs

Edit: ACTUALLY I think you're probably right. Stink bug nymphs look a lot like that, but those eggs/beetles look like the previous pictures now that I checked it closer.

The larvae are chewing in the leaf... stink bugs have piercing/sucking mouthparts and cannot chew on plants. Lady bugs are not phytophagous, either.
