So is this pest harmful for animals or plants and on scale from 1-10 how much?

I believe that's the pupae stage of ladybugs. I know ladybugs are poisonous so I would remove them if you see them and definetly DONT feed them to your cham
Okay I found like 10 of them on one leaf and they had eggs so i took the leaf and tossed them in the toilet. Found 4 of them wondering around so I did the same with them and then took my olive tree and washed it with water.

Taking a second look at them they may not be ladybug larvae... they might be something else. But they'll definetly eat your plants and orange is never a good color - usually poisonous on an insect.

They were a lot smaller from these and they had more black. This is the pic from internet. I will try to see some more to be more precise

Just found baby stinkbugs myself the other day, they all feed on different types of plants/trees. I've never seen them as pests though(outside of annoying you in your house). Probably some species out there that are destructive to plants. My chameleon eats stinkbugs pretty regularly.

Also, typical ladybugs and their larvae are excellent to have around as many people know, they eat the pests off plants. I've had aphid infested plants cleaned 100% off by a cup full of ladybugs. I'd imagine the toxicity of them depends on the species, I think I read that, but I have seen my cham eat ladybugs on several occasions(he lives outside) and has never bothered him. I wouldn't feed them to your cham, but eating a few shouldn't do more than maybe cause an upset stomach.

Okay thank you I got all the eggs out and little stinkbugs I hope there are none left but if there are few hopefully my cham will get them.

In the first photo they look like potato bug larvae to me....but I'm in Canada and I don't know if where you live they would be the same.
What plant are they on?

These are not lady bug larvae or stink bug nymphs, They look like potato bug larvae, or closely related species.
