What is this tree and is it safe?

I have this pretty tree in my backyard and I want to know if it's safe for me to put JuJu (my veiled chameleon) up there for some sun time.

Please take a picture of the flowers. Social numb has a good guess, but I'd like to see the flower itself.

That is a trumpet vine, not sure if they are chameleon safe or not. I doubt they are. I have a huge one in my backyard

Personally, I'd be wary of putting a cham in a tree that large because it can easily get to an area where you can't retrieve it, or get snatched by a bird, or climb off onto the house or something nearby.

If you're going to bring your cham outside, I'd stick with a much smaller plant that you can access from all sides and that your cham can't move to another plant from without your supervision.

I wanted to cut off a branch with some of the flowers still on it because it's so pretty and I thought he would enjoy being up there but he probably would try to get onto the house lol he's so active. When I moved into my house the plant was already there so I didn't know what it was. But here's a better picture of the flowers :) I'll keep it to just putting him outside on his little hibiscus tree.
