What is this?

My Male panther chameleon is 6 months old i have been noticing this black spots all over him do any of you guys know what they are. One day they will be there and be huge and the next day they small or gone my dad said thats just hiw is skin is.

I am with @kinyonga more pics would help... Personally I am not seeing anything that is out of the norm.

All of them went away they always a Pier when hes really dark and then goes blue those spots just stay darker so im just waiting to see if anything else happens thank you
