ok im getting 3 different types of insects for my cham. Phoenix worm, Hornworm, and Crickets. What size should I get for all these? and when should I step up to large size?

check the width of your cham's forehead.
feed only crix that is smaller or equal to the size.
as far as silkworm, small to medium size will be good.
Phoenix worm is small already, so get the med size.
I say hold off on hornworm until he's a bit older.
Hornworm can put quite a fight (they spit). so, it might freak young chameleon. Plus, they attach to vine real strong.
but, just buy a small one first if you insist.

Chameleons all grow at different rates but I'd say the average 4 month old panther should be able to handle"

Phoenix Worms - Large Size
Crickets - 1/2" - 3/4"
Hornworms - Small-Medium

Just remember if you buy crickets in bulk... they grow.
Buy them smaller than you need right now and feed more of them cutting back
as they grow. As they get too big order small ones again and let the older ones breed and make more small ones.
