what to feed baby cham

i am thinking about getting a baby young cham? what is/are the best thing(s) to feed them and what size? please help

I have 3 clutches of Rudis babies right now and they are eating pinhead crickets and fruit flies. I get my fruit flies off ebay from a guy in Jacksonville, Fl. His user name is Nutribugs. He has some listed for $2.95 right now (32 0z). My babies really love their fruit flies.
