Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Abilobe male, 1.5 year old, he's been in my care 13 months
Handling - daily
Feeding - Staple of Dubia, 2 every other day
Supplements - rept-calcium with d3 dust the dubia once/week
Watering - spray bottle several times/day, I see him drinking
Fecal Description - all was normal until this incident
History - we left for vacation on wednesday and when we got home on Sunday he was like this.( the person caring for him is very capable)
Cage Info:
Cage Type - Screen cage 24 x 24 x 48
Lighting - 4 bulb T5HO for the plants with a UV bulb, dome style light for heat
Temperature - 75-90 with 2 cage thermometers
Humidity - Humidity around 70-80 done with spraying measured with the gage
Plants - live umbrella tree and pothos
Placement - placed in a room corner away from fans and vents top of cage is about 6.5-7 feet from ground
Location - South Carolina
He's good with the bulb and set-up and all as everything was just great for a long time.
I have a vet appointment tomorrow.
You still need to do calcium no D3 everyday, cal with D3 twice a month and reptivite twice a month or he will OD on so much D3 or get MBD
