Should i be worried if my baby chameleon that i have had for 3 days now opens his mouth like he is going to eat me every time he sees me. also, i dont think that he is eating. i have tried everything but he just wont eat. also, i have a screen cage so its really hard to keep the humidity up in there. i have to go to school so i can only spray twice a day, i have a dripping system but the humidity in there is still like below 25. What should i do. PS, I cant afford an automatic mister. Also, he doesnt look very green

He is telling you to back off I'm afraid....don't worry too much about his humidity for now.....remember to read all the links I sent you again (and again lol)...have a read of this first - it's awesome and it will help you a lot - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/psychobunny/746-taming-chameleon.html

I use lukewarm water in a pressure pump sprayer. A constant fine mist makes it easier to be gentle with his misting so you don't take him by surprise. The 'trigger' sprayers really upset a lot of chams.......try to find something like this - http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgu...AOUYCSPITT0QWNl4HwBg&ved=0CJsBEPUBMA0&dur=372

If you want to then try wrapping plastic sheeting around a couple of side of his cage to keep humidity in. I forgot if you have live plants. They really help with humidity as well.

Ok thank you

ok thanks you, i printed off the sheet and am in the middle of reading it now. I finally got to watch him eat, it was so cool:eek:
