When Should I Change It Up?

I have a 5 month old Veiled. I am currently feeding him 12-20 crickets a day, with some worms thrown in every once in a while. When do i need to cut that back? What should i cut it back to? Same with the supplements. I do the Calcium with D3 3 times a week. I do the calcium without D3 2 times a week. Multi-vitamin once. Nothing on Sunday. Right now he is only indoors, so he hasn't experience real sunlight yet. That will change once it warms up.

He is still growing, so I would keep feeding him as much as he wants.
I would also cut back on all that D3.
1x a week or 2x every other week.
I would also get him on some other feeders.
Gutloaded supers, Roaches, silkworms, hornworms, butterworms.
A cricket strike can happen very fast, and an easy way to keep it from happening is to mix up his feeders.

Cut back on D3 to couple x month, but that doesn't mean cut back on calcium. Body makes it;s own D3 and you don't want to overdo it. A couple of the senior members actually have webpages on care and supplementation. Read it and you will understand it a little better. He'll let you know. When you get tired of catching the crickets at nite and taking them out of the cage, it's time to cut back. I believe the standard is 2-4 every day or every other day, but only when they are fully grown or just about. Let him tell you.

6 months old (Juvenile) are good enough to start regimenting his daily intake.
Others advice to reduce D3 supplementing is valid.

I supplements Calcium no D3 2 days a week
Calcium D3 2 days a week
Vitamin Mineral 2 days a week
Sunday nothing.
I also reduce the food to 6 medium crickets daily

For even better monitoring, you can start purchase a scale and start watching his weight.
The problem with overfeeding juvenile is the difficulty in supplying the supplementation ration.
You do not want your chameleon to be overweight and not having enough calcium to support its body growth.
Overfeeding can also cause MBD among other problems.

As soon as the weather warms up, I highly suggest exposing him to sunlight as much as possible. 10 am to 2pm is best hour to put him outside.
