when to fog?

Hi.

I have a fogger in my enclosure and alway manually mist my cham in the morning and late afternoon, but I was wondering when should I turn on the fogger in my cham's enclosure?
Should I use "nature's" schedule (dawn and late afternoon) or use it when it's most needed (at 1 or 2 pm), in the hottest part of the day?

i guess that would work, but ive heard bad thinks about the foggers. not that they dont keep the humidity up but that the disks burt out fast and are expensive to replace. i would just stick with the hand misting.
