does anyone know were i can get bee pollen? Does it give allot of vitamins to the chameleon when fed to crickets?

Thanks all,
Kaylee

You can get it at health food/supplement stores (e.g. GNC); co-ops and stores specializing in organic or natural foods also have it (there may be cheaper places to get it, but they sell in reasonably-sized containers, and I find it lasts a good while). The crickets seem enthusiastic about it; in conjunction with other gutloads (to add variety), it's a good thing to offer. I give mine bee pollen + carrots, fresh fruit, Fluker's "Cricket Total Bites", flake fish food (which they love for some reason), breakfast cereal pieces... (not all together at once; I mix and match what the crix get; the bee pollen and Cricket Bites (or carrots) are regular features of their diet).

I'd say from a bee hive :)

but I've gotten bee pollen from health food stores a long time ago

Hi, go to ebay, there are tons of it...
I have excellent experience with pollen, not only to feed the crickets but to give the chameleons directly. It is a natural way, how they get very valuable substances as
vitamins
elements
natural antibiotics...
