Where to find Calcium w/o D3

Hi guys,

I was at the pet store buying supplements for our crickets and I had a hard time finding calcium without D3 in it. I found one called Repashy superfoods calcium plus- which had no mention of D3 on it, so I figured it was a safe bet. But when I got home and googled it, people were saying it does have D3 in it. I'll probably return it tomorrow (I already have a D3 supplement).

My question is, where do you find calcium without D3? They don't seem to sell any at Petco...

We also just got a cricket pin to keep more crickets. They have some store bought cricket food and I'm also putting in collard greens, some apple, and some carrots in there for them. Any other tips on what to feed them so they'll be healthy for our little veiled guy to eat?

You can order it online. LLLReptile.com has it. My vet also carries it in her office, so if you don't want to order it you could check out a Reptile vet or an exotic pet store.

When I tried to find some for my baby leopard tortoise I had absolutely no luck! None of the stores carried the stuff! It seems strange to me that they wouldn't but I finally had to break down and order online.

I have seen mention of grinding up cuttle bone as a easy way?
Also perhaps even baked and ground egg shells?

you know I go with the order online, gives me a "good" reason to also perhaps buy something else, got to make that shipping worth it

I had to search a few different pet stores but finally found Rep Cal I think its called...its calcium without D3. I found it at petland....it wasn't cheap though...luckily it lasts me forever since I only have my chameleon and bearded dragon
