White lumps on edge of 'lip'/mouth

There are a few little hard white lumps of the edge of our panther chameleons mouths. It doesn't look like what the description of mouth rot is. Any idea what it could be? I've searched around the web and can't find anything similar. She is 2 years old. Tia

Looks like there might be some mouth rot there but maybe it’s papillomas. You’ll need to see a good exotics chameleon vet to find out for sure. Mouthrot can be hard to get rid of so I wouldn’t wait too long.
