Thanks!! I repotted and cleaned with hose, sprayed everything off throughly even roots. Thanks so much!Maybe an exotic fungus or bacteria. To go on the safe side when/if you are concerned you could wash and repot the palm. Exotic bacteria does occasionally make its way to the reptile hobby from wild habitats. You could spray/wash the palm with no soil on the palms stems and roots with a reptile disenfectant then wash again.

look up flowerpot dapperling, it’s a type of fungus/mushroom that grows naturally in soil. Probably consuming nutrients from the rotten palm bark. Looks like that from the picture, if nothing is suffering I wouldn’t worry about it. Mushrooms are often a sign of healthy soil I always let mine be, plus they look cool.
