Why is one growing slower than my other veiled

Maybe the other one growing faster by eating more feeder n the slower one couldnt keep up as much as the faster one.

Are they housed together? One usually dominates the other and hogs food, water, basking light exposure, etc. as well as being a constant stressor for the more timid one.

If not housed together, can the two see each other? Intimidation can be very visual...the more dominant cham can still affect the other one.

If they can't see each other there could be an underlying health issue that hasn't made itself obvious. Also, chams do grow in spurts, so maybe one or the other is not in a spurt at the moment.
