Why are my pictures keep dissapearing in the photo contest.? S: Is it because its vertical?

Thanks brad, but i have read that and the dimensions are correct :S , dunno about the ratio though, what exactly do you mean by the ratio .65?

X = smaller side
Y = larger side
Ratio = X/Y


example:
600x400 image
400 / 600 ~= .67
