Wierd bugs in with roaches

So got some Lobster roaches today, first time. They have these small bugs in there with them!? Now am I being stupid...are they actually like baby roaches or are they some kind of other bug that shouldn't be there. See the pic...

Roach nymphs do not have wings, they only get wings in their last moult, that is a nymph

Call me stupid but what do you mean by 'a roach nymph'. Is it a young roach or something that eventually will grow to the full sized Lobster roach?

Yes, young roaches do not have wings. They look like ticklebugs/sowbugs. They get wings when they molt into adults.

Of course, sometimes it would be better to feed nymphs so you can have the adults breeding and repopulating the colony.

They need it warm and a bit humid, youll have a colony in no time with lobsters roaches!

and yes, any insect that goes through incomplete metamorphosis (cricket, roach, mantids etc.) is called a nymph in its younger stages.
