Wierd bugs in with roaches

So got some Lobster roaches today, first time. They have these small bugs in there with them!? Now am I being stupid...are they actually like baby roaches or are they some kind of other bug that shouldn't be there. See the pic...

Call me stupid but what do you mean by 'a roach nymph'. Is it a young roach or something that eventually will grow to the full sized Lobster roach?
 
Thanks!! Do you know if they need certain conditions to breed such as temps etc.

They need it warm and a bit humid, youll have a colony in no time with lobsters roaches!

and yes, any insect that goes through incomplete metamorphosis (cricket, roach, mantids etc.) is called a nymph in its younger stages.
