This world needs some help…there are too many things like fires and storms going on. We need to fix things.

I am glad there are efforts to put the fire out in Ranomafana National Park one of Madagascars most imortant protected area. Most fires in Madagascar that is not normally the case. Digits crossed the area burned can be restored.

I lived in Malibu for just under a year (I kept chameleons while living there). While living there I used to drive by places that are buring now such as the Pacific Palisades. Again I hope the people of the LA Fires recover.

Sorry Jeremy Malibu mostly gone. Moon shadows gone everything on the beach, gone. I know four friends in Malibu, their houses gone! The coast is forever changed now.

That is what people on the news are saying, most everything is gone. I have got business in Malibu. I am going to have to drive by the old Fraternity House and have a look if the house is there. The Fraternity House was right on Highway 1 on the coast. I think there is a slim chance that the house is standing intact.

I had a clutch of Furcifer pardalis hatchlings there. Plus there was a huge Avocado Tree in the backyard. I was considering making a free range out of that tree or have an elevated enclosure in the Avocado Tree. I was thinking Trioceros melleri for that enclosure. However I moved back home before I kept the Trioceros melleri in the yards Avacodo Tree.

Digits crossed the people in LA recover from this devastating fire.

Digits all crossed Jeremy. I have given my info to several shelters and the Pasadena shelter about help with any chameleons that come in. Plus posted on Reddit for any owners that fled with chameleons in tow to give them some stability while the family is getting situated. When I almost had to evacuate I grabbed my small cage and tossed in lights branches, supplements and food. So I know it’s a lot. I figure if any find there way to be the universe is at work!
