Will they get tired of the same food???

Should I feed Midori other bugs? if she keeps eating the same thing will she get bored of it? and is it normal if your chameleon gose down to lower levels where the plant grows? around its roots?? what dose that mean???

Sometimes they will get tired of a food item. That's why it is recommended to give a variety of feeders. I usually rotate between crickets and silkworms, with the occasional superworm. If you search the threads for "hunger strike" you'll find that sometimes a cham will totally refuse one type of food. Then you have to find something they like.

If your cham is down at the roots of the plant digging around, it could be a sign of lack of supplements. Sometimes they eat dirt if they are trying to get some nutrient. What supplements and schedule are you using, specifically?

yes! it is recommended for you to feed your chameleon with variety of diets.
She will get bored from eating the same stuff over and over (just like you would, if you have to eat the same food for years and years).

Is there possibility that she's gravid?
Perhaps, she's trying to dig a laying site?

I just dusted the food today so this would be the first, i didnt see her eat but around 6:40 she went to the bathroom.
