Wireless Thermometer and Hygrometer.

Ohhhhh boy I like this thing.

Even though it's tell me I need to setup the fogger or something again :(.

Night mist does nothing :(.

I will keep an eye out through the night though.

The sensor is mounted, around cage top ATM, so humidity is higher lower down. However he has taken to sleeping up there as of recent so.

I misread an earlier statement that they had a wifi adapter. I did look at their other option previously but the wifi version got iffy reviews. I am mostly concerned with tge greenhouse, which can have wild temp swings and kill all my plants. I’d like to be able to monitor away from home.

The bluetooth sensors would be great for the cham cages, though. If I end up getting something for the greenhouse, though, might as well make them all wifi.

I have the same one as you cyber but mine has display on it, home screen on app looks the same though

They are stock calibrated to 3% accuracy. You can calibrate to perfect though, using calbriation packs, and I think @nightanole mentioned a DIY calibration.

Why do you think it wasn't calbritated?
I put it in a box with my hygrometer and that groove one, let the fogger run for 20 mins. Hygrometer read 99%
Groove read 84%

What is "My hygrometer" ?

If it's a reptile one, they are terribly inaccurate. Depends how foggy the box was. Just because there is a fogger running doesn't mean 99%.

The reptile ones are even more not accurate as you get higher.

Hopefully night will chime in with the test soon.

I'm curious how all of you who have purchased one of these for your enclosures protect them from water spray and excess moisture?

My first one, I put high up, above the misters spray. And now I moved it down a little.

I have cork wall tiles, so I cut a hole out and it press fits into the hole, and then I screwed a piece of cork, to cover it from appearance and mist, but it still let's plenty of airflow in there.

I did however move it lower, before covering it up. It got SOAKED and seemed to be fine. The hole for the sensor is pretty small, it would be hard to get water in there.
