Thousands of people bombarded Norway's Meteorological Institute with reports of a spiralling blue light that appeared in the sky above Trondelag around 8.45am local time.(Australia)

Wow! Either I misunderstood your responses, or I'm a total Idiot. I am amazed that you have such jaded perspectives. Is everyone so naive to believe there are no other possible life forms in the universe? If not other life forms, at least admit it is a beautiful natural phenomenon? This isn't something only from the Sun newspaper....it's on the "real" news as well. I, for one, am VERY interested in finding out what this is all about.

Certainly an intreresting phenomena whatever its cause. I hope its not CERN messing about, thats a scary thought. The second vid I posted is far clearer, very strange.
May well be a prosaic explaination, but sarcasm/cynicism is just as mind numbing as
fantastic conclusions of others.
Im going to ask a freind of mind to translate norwegian Tv vid/interveiw to english.

Im very skeptical, so I wont believe it untill there is scientific proof. Although I do believe there is life outside of our home planet, I do not believe that is has visited us at earth yet tho. I don't understand the cone like projection heading to the ground. To me that looks like the main projection of light out of this said could be projector. It looks like it could be reflected off of low clouds / moisture just because of the cone like projection. It still is neat, and I would like to hear what it really is. I was speaking in the scale of a regular black hole but yes black hole are all miniature hence the name singularity.

From what I've read about time travel, the theory of time travel states that you can only travel back in time to a device that has been created that allows for such travel. So say they figure out time travel in 2009, then anyone in the future can travel back to 2009 but not to any point before. Maybe they finally put that big hadron collider to use!?

Or maybe Commissioner Gordon f'ed up the bat signal.
