Boy does the Mulberry Chow stinks..... I made it for my first time today. So next time I do it I will make sure the windows are open....

Don't use it then. I saw a thread today about other things you could feed your silks if that's what your doing.

with it if it stinks? I just got it from Coastal Silkworms. I would think it fresh. It is definitely not smelling like roses here.

trust me i know the stink it kinda smells like tea to me but my mom got mad when i made it it smelled the whole house up

I just use a kettle and cook little bits at a time. Less quantity, less smell!

I agree though, it smells like a dirty swamp. If I lived in an area that would allow me to get mulberry leaves, I would do that instead...

im glad i have that mulberry tree now lol i can go grab a few leaves and eat some berries myself while im at it.

I wish I lived where I used too. I had a beautiful Mulberry tree... I used to make tons on pies all the time....
