I finally got my zebra silkworms in the mail and I am going to raise them to breed i ordered 100 and ALL were alive!!! I will feed of about 20 or so but ill feed the white ones from what I read the stiped ones are the females and the white ones are the males so ill let you guys know if zebras are better than regular whites and id they are that's cool so either way I'm going to save more striped ones than the whites because they are the females and I'm again going to try and breed these guys and hopefully sell them if all goes well!!!!

I believe the white SW and the Zebra are just different varieties. It doesn't have anything to do with their sex. Maybe I'm wrong. But there was a virus back when and the Zebra SW were brought in because they were more resistant to disease and hardier.
So....mine always cocoon, always come to moths and breed and I have a zillion and I never pay attention to what kind although I think the Zebra variety are hardier. They don't seem to die off for no reason like the white ones.

haha ya studied and have had fails and a few success i know how to breed i wrote a blog about it may be a few typos but pretty much accurate
