I have a yemen chameleon that is around 6 months old... first chameleon.

The set up is as follows :

-Basking Temp - 30-35 Degrees Celcius
-Ambient Temp - 18-25 Degrees Celcius
UVB 5.0 (plan on changing this to a 12.0 when it comes to change the UVB tubE)

I have only had him two days so I have decided to pot feed him the last couple of days to make sure he is eating well.....

He has only eaten 3-4 Crickets yesterday, and about 3-4 Today......The pet store I had him from said that he eats around 10-15 a day.... So i've been giving him 10 in the pot and he's eaten only 4 of them both today and yesterday.....

Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is eating 4 a day fine for a 6 month old ?

I think you are keeping him too warm. What size crickets are you feeding? He might be bored with crickets. Chameleons need a variety of different feeders. Do you have a male? Could it be a female with eggs? Do you see spurs on the heels of the back feet? Male have spurs. Below is a link to my blog for new keepers. I hope this helps.
35 Degrees Celcius

It is definately a male....

Crickets being fed are small ones - just the same size as the gap between his eyes (have been advised to use this as a guide).

I have been advised by the pet store not to be too concerned as at least he is actually eating, and not to pot feed them as they're not used to them all being in one place....

If you consider 30-35 too hot and 18-25 ambient too hot, what temps do you recommend (These are temps advised by my pet store)

I've also been advised not to be too concerned as he needs a little time to settle in etc....

Thanks for the blog link by the way, i'll take a look at that now

I would advise a basking temp in the mid 80's. I beleive 35 C is 95 F? Here's my blog for new keepers. You might find it helpful.
