Yemen chameleon stable feeders

what are good stable feeders for my 4month male cham.

I gutload my crickets with carrot but my cham is starting to get bored of them.

I have mealworms but there a treat as they can cause a blockage.

What other foods are good stables that i can feed regulary. Im from uk and cannot find silk worms anywhere

Appropriate sized dubia roaches could act as another base of his diet, maybe a hornworm here and there too (not a base)
