Worried about new Velid chameleon

I purchased a new male Velid chameleon from the pet store 4 days ago. I haven’t made contact with it yet. It gets misted for a minute and a half every 6 hours and has a digger at night. Its temperatures are good. It has been eating fine. It has some white stuff around the mouth and cask. I assumed the white around the mouth is calcium powder. I worried because I haven’t seen it drink yet, he dosent look dehydrated u just haven’t seen him drink whenever he gets misted. Whenever I enter the room or see it, it turns a darker green and gets small black spots all over its body. Just wanted to make sure it looked fine and I shouldn’t be worried.

What colour are the urates your chameleon is producing?
I saw the feces and it was moist but I didn’t see a urate, not sure if it got separated.
