    Sticky goop in the eye

Update#2: Yesterday afternoon I went to my local exotic reptile store(not a corporate shop that has a lot of great stuff for chameleons and has staff that knows a lot about the reptiles). I asked them about my issue with noodle since I wanted a diverse amount of info about her eye thing and they...

    Sticky goop in the eye

I usually throw the eggs away. From what I can approximate, I have only seen one egg on the bottom of her terrarium that was kinda opened(no baby). I also checked the terrarium with dirt in it and there were none (I don't remember if it is new soil or not) so maybe there are like 1-10 maybe. I...

    Sticky goop in the eye

Thank you for the reply, she has some goop on the eye but not too much as the past days. About the eggs I don't really know how much she lays at a time but I know they are infertile. Should I give her less bugs to eat? I'm pretty sure she usually doesn't care about crickets if she isn't hungry...

    Sticky goop in the eye

Update: So I woke up this morning and checked on her eye to see if the goop stuff was still there. I actually didn't see any today and her eyes were moving a lot. She even got a cricket! Although it seems to be over (probably because I sprayed some water in her eye) I don't know how it happened...

    Sticky goop in the eye

Hello! Noodle has shed very recently. I have not changed anything to enclosure but I have started occasionally giving horn worms to her. I don't use AC but I open my window a little. Thank you! :)

    Sticky goop in the eye

To answer both of your questions (sorry if I replied late), I usually refill the containers of water with purified from my fridge but I don't believe I have exactly cleaned it. She has laid eggs twice and I have given her a terrarium filled with dirt to lay her eggs in, she seems to be fine...

    Sticky goop in the eye

I have not added any new plants or lights recently. I usually water her by hand on the left front of the cage, I also have an auto mister and occasionally give horn worms. I check on her/give water every 3 hours or so and the mister should turn on every two hours.

    Sticky goop in the eye

My female panther chameleon has been with me for about a year and a half so far. But since this Tuesday she has gotten this weird white goop stuff in her right eye. She is occasionally able to get it out via rubbing her eye on a leaf or me lightly spraying water on her eye but other than that I...
