I don't know how long the first one was dead. With the high temperatures and humidity, the decay process is sped up significantly, so it could have been anywhere from 1.5-3 days, I think.

The one i found first (Vishnu) was horrifying. His eyes were gone his mouth was open, his usually fat belly was flat as a leaf, the skin under his jaw was falling off the bones so you could see the roof of his mouth from below, and his belly was torn open a little and the cloaca was festering...

Are they dangerous to my pygmies?

My enclosure is breeding gnats. Damn it all. I had the same problem a few weeks ago, so I cleaned out everything, replaced the substrate completely and scrubbed the tank. I replaced forest moss and topsoil with new moss from a different company and baked (to remove bacteria fungus etc)...

I have one female and one male brev, but the Sita (f) seems very uninterested; every time I place Kali Ma (m) next to her, she leans away from him and looks angry. Sita's small, so is it possible she's just young? Or is there a way I can make her receptive? I'm going to have two new females on...

Damn it. I guess I'll just have to find a new supplier.

when google-imaging "r. temporalis chameleon"... All of these are males, except the last one. Vishnu IS, I have no doubt of it now, a temporalis pygmy.

So are we sure Kali Ma is a male at this point?

If it turns out to be incompatible with the others for breeding purposes, or if it turns out to be a bad idea to keep Vishnu with the others, I may take you up on that....

Uh-oh... That means I have two males housed together? They don't seem to mind eachother when they are together... Also, Kali Ma and Sita were in the same tub (only about five inches in diameter) on the way here (Atlanta) from LLL Reptile. Is it likely Sita is gravid?

Looking at that image... I don't think he's a spectrum. His tail is much thinner than the tail on the pic you attached.

Thank you for your opinion, Lisa. That's what I thought too... but LLL Reptile packaged her/him separately as a male, so I'm not sure :/
