Not true at all, Most chameleon chew their food hard. You can hear the worm crunch or pop out guts. It's just a myth I first heard about it with leopard geckos. Even if they did survive the bite they would drown in the stomach.

I have 3 Panther Chameleon all name after Vampire Diaries Damon, Stefan and Elena :D I'm glad he is doing well.

He's still showing a little bit of color. Normally when he's inside his cage he's pretty dark.

I got him Aug 5 from chameleon101. Got him as 5 months old so he is 7 months old now.
