Definately get timers. My chameleons are easier to house and care for than my snakes I believe. Even my 2X2X4 ft outdoor cages didn't cost more than $15.00 or so to build, and it took me a day of slow, drab, and unsteady work to build one. I use a little dripper to water them with and only turn...
Awesome. I miss my Jacksons. I had a pair when I lived in Hawaii back in the early 90's but I never got them to breed. I wouldn't mind having a couple more but I just don't have the room for any right now.
Those little guys are so cool looking. Congrats on the two that made it.
Been a while since I posted, but thought I would give some updated pics of my veilds. Last year I had went to Texas for Christmas, and while gone we had someone taking care of the chams and snakes for us... Long story short they never fed my chams and I found them in a bad way when I returned...

Thanks everyone for the complements. Doctor, I wish, I am retired Army enlisted. The DM part is a secret ;)

I need to get some more pictures of these babies, they grow so fast...
New here so I thought I would share pictures of my two baby Veild Chameleons. They are just a couple months old but are growing like weeds. George and Chloe are their names (my wife and kids named them)
I have one blond fuzzy Guinea Pig and a dog as far as mammals are concerned. Other than that it is one Cockatiel that I have had since a hatchling, two turtles, two Veiled Chameleons, and about 37 snakes (mostly different ball python morphs, but I also have a couple burms, several boas, and two...
