Exactly and the weird thing is last week I was in Cleveland visiting my parents and it was around 50% there, I heard its usually much higher. The whole country has had super weird weather this year.
During Spring I had to do the plastic wrap technique but for some reason in LA over the summer its been 60% humidity plus, this week where I live was in the 70s which is unheard of.
I know this year we've had some really weird weather in Southern California. Perfect I'll look into the crystals if the humidity doesn't go down. Right now I just have my window open and the ac running and I have shortened the duration of my misting.
So my daytime humidity is too high and I was wondering how to decrease It. I did the obvious like removing excess Foliage and moving his cage to a less humid part of the house. But it is still to high, I live near the beach in Southern California and this year for some reason its been more humid...

So I have been struggling to get my cham to Cup Feed. I have the cup positioned in his cage where he can access it easily and sometimes he eats from it and other times he doesn't any tips to get him to start cup feeding?
So I have trouble keeping humidity up at night and I was wondering what I can do to raise it. I have a reptifogger but I heard those can cause URI's so what would you guys recommend. In the day I have a humidity around 65%-75% (I have a Jacksons Chameleon). And at night it only goes up about...
So I usually Gutload with Carrots and apples and the crickets just havent been eating it I see no bite marks or nothing. My superworms and BSFL eat fine but my crickets not so much. I ordered some bug burger just to try new things. What do you guys suggest.
@David Esparza Awesome, that she finally has a good home. This is just info so that if you intend on buying another reptile go elsewhere. Try your local reptile store as they will have much better care and advice on reptile husbandry.
The Ball Python they have has stuck shed everywhere and there is poop everywhere in each cage. I know the mills they get these from are much much worse. But please if you are thinking about purchasing a reptile do not buy from Petco, Petsmart, and Backwater reptiles.
I live in the South Bay region of Los Angeles and the closest pet store to my house is a petco in the Peninsula Center in Rolling Hills Estates, CA and the reptiles and fish in this petco live in horrible conditions. The Veiled Chameleons here have by far the worst care I have ever seen. They...
