hi just to let you guys no we had kiwi at the vet yestarday and it was decided that it was in her best intrests to put her to sleep. she wasent responding to any of the meds she was on and in general she was just looking more and more ill. the skin infection was spreading all the way up her tail...

well hopefully the vet will listen to me and check her out for some of these things and we can get to the bottom of this. if not i will def go see someone else. i'll let you know how i get on 2morro with her.

i actually have never been there before but i think its quite nice a few of my vet nurse friends go there. well i think when i go i will ask the vet to check if its a staph infection and also if she could check if she has a calcium defficency to.

no i dont think so she said she doesnt want to give her an injection cause they normally inject the tain and obv they cant do it there as its infected. what is a staph injection anyway. soz miss read thought u said injection

i think her head just looks funny cause when i first got her she managed to burn herself and she kinda grew up and it made it look weird. i'll try n get the calcium w/o d3 asap to see if that will help does any one know if the repton i have just a muiltivit. i posted the link earlier for it...

ok just checked the repton and it contains calcuim 220g and no phosphorus.

the vet x-rayed her to find her bones have fused together but they didnt explain anything else, shes to go bk in just over a week to see how shes doing and to get another x-ray. they didnt want to take blood cause her tail was sore and thats where they said they take blood from. i'll check the...
