I would swing by your local Home depot, Lowes, Walmart or anywere that has plants available and pack your cage with some live plants. They are more natural and helps with humidity makes your cham feel more secure within its home. Just leave a clearing for basking. Like said above they should...
I would recommend reptivite, from what I’ve heard herptivite has artificial vitamin A, while reptivite has real vitamin A. I’m sorry I can’t help with the eye problem but im sure others can. :)

Brand for calcium, I order mine online popular brands woul be repcal, and zoomed. The multivitamin does sometimes have d3 but its purpose is to give your chameleon more vitamins that he/she needs ( it says what types are in it on your package) , the calcium with d3 gives them the extra d3 that...
He should be being given regular calcium dust no d3 every feeding, calcium dust with d3 twice a month and your multivitamin keep giving him that twice a month. If a chameleon has a lack of calcium it will lead to metabolic bone diease. :)
