I was wondering if anyone has used these guys before? Also the shipping was about $50 i am guessing this might be a overnight charge?
thanks for the help, im going to post a picture of him tell me what you think!
Alot of people on here are going to tell you to get away from the reptiglo compact bulbs and go with the reptisun 5.0 tube lights. I would get rid of the sand just because the previous owner had it like that doesn't mean it is alright. Like mentioned above if you have the funds for a screen cage...
Hey welcome to the forum, im new myself lol but this site is amazing :D
I was wondering how sure you are that he is a he, does he have the spurs on the back of his hind legs? im just asking cause my female is all green like him.
Like i said welcome agein!
lol i read this entire thread and it had me on my toes hopeing that you were not going to say you lost your chameleon and then the comic relief comes in when you posted the pictures of the earthworms. Hahaha nice to see he is all better! :D
hey guys i was wondering if anyone here uses two 5.0 reptisun bulbs? my cage is 4 feet tall and i dont feel like he is getting enough uvb, im probley worrying for nothing but is there anything wrong with doing this? Also i do most of my own gutloads and i was kinda thinking about adding oats to...
Wow 8ft off the ground, he must love that lol. I didnt even know exo terra made a cage 6 feet tall, if i would have known that i would have gone with them instead of the repti breeze
WOW how tall is his new cage? that looks really good man props, the only thing i would check is make sure the sticks are not pointed sharp on the tree other than that its really cool. your chameleon is a stud also :D
I have had him for about a month. When he is all fired up he shows alot of yellow and bright bright green. I took the picture when he was basking so he was all dark lol.
Here are some pictures of him, the last one is his cage. This camera is not the best in the world its off my iphone ill get the camera out of my truck and post some really clear pictures tommarow.
Tell me what you think
Oh and the last picture of the cage is kinda old, the basking spot...
Wow thats cool my veiled chameleon is about 5 inches from nose to vent...how old would you think he is? The pet shop said he was about 5 months but i dont believe a word they say. He is a male veiled, im fixing to post pictures of him and the shed he is going threw in the photography section...
I was wondering if chameleons after each shed get more and more color? Also my chamelon has been shedding for 4 days and is only halfway done.... his humidity is in the 60 to 65% range and i mist and spray him all the time. Im just guessing they shed in sections and they dont always shed fast...
