How hot is her basking temp?

I looks like it could be a burn however I can't be sure. What's your basking at?

I have a two part filter I'm not sure exactly what it is but my dad tested the water after it's gone through it and it takes so much of the bad stuff out. We have high levels of flouride and chlorine here and it's pretty much gone after.

I highly recommend making your own gut load. Most of the store bought ones are good for your crickets but do nothing for your chameleon. I'm not sure the age of your Cham but I think your basking is to hot for her age.
