I read on here that someones cham got clogged up accidentally ingesting a bead of perilite. I realised that my soil i used, although baked and sterilised does have perilite. Do i need to re pot? The b**** of it is my cham is finally getting here tomorrow and i thought i had everything...

i have zoo med repticalcium with d3

Im having a hard time finding plain calcium without D3 and i need it because from what i understand you should only use D3 a couple times a month. Is there an unlikely place i could find some? also, and this may be incredibly stupid, but can I crush up normal human calcium?
