so just for the sake of asking not picking on your cham haha but in the second to last group of pics the spine or maybe not even the spine but the crest of your chams back looks like it coomes in and back out, is that normal? I just wanna know cuz it would freak me out about my own

Yes, it does do that, and yes it's totally normal, as long as the little spines are good, no wound or infection or anything.......
