Ya I've heard that veileds can be more aggressive. I was going to breed the veileds but... during this past winter one day there was a bad blizzard and my furnace went out so I put a heater in my room to keep it from freezing to death. It turned out that the guy came and fixed the furnace while...
I have a female veiled that is 4-5 months and she has not shed for a good 6+ weeks. I have been getting worried about this. So any input on this would be great
I spray at least 4 times a day and she drinks off the leaves sometimes. She doesn't shoot at the screen for no reason ever, she seems to know that it is water because she only shoots the screen when she is getting the drops on the top. I guess its no big deal tho, I was just wondering whether it...
Ok so for my dripper, when the drops are forming and about to fall my veiled shoots her tongue at the top screen to get a drink from the forming drop. Could this hurt her tongue because it hits the screen when she does this.
Yeah, the one thing I hate about getting a new cham is naming them!! It is sooo hard to think of a good name. My one male I had I called him bud a bunch when I got him as a baby so I decided to name him buddy and my female veiled I named sparky for all the yellows she had (I suck at giving names) :(
I've had a male before. He was pretty mellow most of the time but both male and females that I've had can have their bad days lol. Actually my female seems to be a little bit more aggressive than the male. I guess it just depends on the chameleons unique personality
My veiled loooves fruits and veggies. Shell see me open her cage holding whatever I'm gunna give her and she runs up to the vine by the door. She's so cute(:
My female veiled sparky is 4 1/2 months old. I measured her the other day and she was like5 1/2 inches from nose to vent and is 11 1/2 inches from her nose to the end of her tail (when its extended) just wondering if that is around a "normal" size for a girl her age
As antithesis said I like that they have no pesticides or fetilizers and are "ready to go". I don't know how long the tree will last though because my veiled just inhales plant leaves. I've had to take out fake foliage because she would actually bite the leaves and rip parts of them off and eat...
No. Just don't even use any substrate. And if you didn't already know you need to get vines throughout the cage and have fake leaves on vines and a live plant is good to. In my screen cage to put the vines where I want I use wire and put the vine against the screen then put the wire through the...
