Ok so for my dripper, when the drops are forming and about to fall my veiled shoots her tongue at the top screen to get a drink from the forming drop. Could this hurt her tongue because it hits the screen when she does this.

And also what are the pros and cons of starting a dubai roach colony? Would I be able to feed them cricket crack along with the fruits and vegetables?

As for the dripper. I know some chams do that. I dont know if it would hurt her tounge or not. Maybe speed up the drip just a little.
Dubia colony: Really in my opinon I dont think there is any cons. You can gutload them with everything you do your crickets. They dont stink, they dont make any noise, they are very easy to care for and breed, they dont chew on your animals at night. All I can think of is pros.

hi,imo i dont think it will hurt the chams tongue when it shoots at the screen, mine does it when it snatches crix fr the screen...i would say its a thirsty cham and very eager to drink,do you mist often? like at least 3-5 times a day? try spraying the top of the enclosure well so its saturated with water before placing the dripper ontop of the enclosure, this way it will ensure the cham is shooting at actual water droplets instead of just screen if you are concerned it may do damage to its tongue :) do you have alot of plants so the water can accumulate on the leaves so that the cham may be more inclined to drink from a leaf instead of the screen? i have my dripper dripping on large broad leaves that hold the water and when a drop lands on the leaf it actually splatters the water so my chams are attracted to the splattering water ,no idea on the dubia thing..those things freak me out  lol

I spray at least 4 times a day and she drinks off the leaves sometimes. She doesn't shoot at the screen for no reason ever, she seems to know that it is water because she only shoots the screen when she is getting the drops on the top. I guess its no big deal tho, I was just wondering whether it would hurt her tongue or not. She seems very healthy and hasn't had any problems yet :)

if your worried about your cham hitting the screen, reposition the water tube to where it won't be near the screen. Mulberry farms has Dubia and lobster roaches and now Jumbo butterworms too
