Thanks for replying. My cage is 3 ft x 2ft x 4 ft tall. I posted a picture of the cage. It's a small vieled but kinda big cage. Also does it make any difference with 5.0 and 10.0 uvb ?
hello, I got a 20inch fluorescent light fixture and able to use 18 inch bulb. Wondering what brand and type of fluorescent light would be best for Fischer and veiled chameleon?
Would using 10.0 uvb fluorescent be to much or bad for tropical chameleon?
Thanks.
Day 2 finished, one more day to let paint cure 24hours then adding all light fixtures and branches ( as soon as I boil it ) :D can't wait till I put my veiled in.
Day 1 finished. Two more days to go.

Staple the arylic sheet underneath and add the drainage ( 2" solvent weld shower drain )
Day 3 will add the 4 pothos plants I brought, all...
Free ranging would be great idea just make sure it has some natural sunlight for chameleon or a light fixture. Also you can get an aquarium light fixture and get the proper light bulb for the plants to thrive so I've been told or you can get pothos and hang it and let vine drape down, but I...
Very nice, but you'll need more either fake plants on side so when you spray or mist, there leafs for water to continue dripping down or live plants. Since you have reptibreeze you might want to cover the back especially when misting so your wall won't get wet and mold. You can do same to the...
Hello, I'm making a enclosure for indoor and wondering since I made a 3ftx2ftx6ft, anyone have idea how I can divide this enclosure to fit two chameleon without limiting space for them. Any advice would be great, thanks.

Well I'm a novice and can't guess age by size but pets mart told me they had her for 3 weeks and based on my little knowledge, most breeder don't sell their newly born chameleon till 6-8 weeks if I'm corrected. But if I had to guess... Maybe 3 months?
i got a vilded chameleon after seeing one yesterday at petsmart when I was buying crickets and they had her in a critter box next to the betta fishes with nothing but tissues... I asked why they had her there, maybe on hold for someone but they said they didn't have an extra display tank...

Yeah.. Thought twice about it and was worst idea I ever came up with... Two chameleons from two different wild life habitats in same enclosure was unheard of lol
Hi, currently have a sub adult Fischer chameleon, was wondering if possible to put a baby vilded chameleon in same enclosure for a week or less till I built a new one for him.
i want to use these plants that I have around the house and they are quite tall. Had them for couple years. I want to create a free roaming for him to enable more space and freedom.
Some of the smaller plants, wondering if I could put them into the enclosure for more live plants.
I just tried putting him in a medium size plastic containers with mesh hot glued on all the sides and left two of each mealworms, hornworms, wax worms, butter worms and crickets... And he fell asleep inside... Because I guess was my fault since suppose to be lights out an hour ago
