Best fluorescent Bulb?

hello, I got a 20inch fluorescent light fixture and able to use 18 inch bulb. Wondering what brand and type of fluorescent light would be best for Fischer and veiled chameleon?
Would using 10.0 uvb fluorescent be to much or bad for tropical chameleon?

It all depends on the size of the cage and how heavily it is planted.
If it is just a young cham in a small cage... just stick with the 5.0 Zoo Med or even better, a 6% Arcadia 18".

Thanks for replying. My cage is 3 ft x 2ft x 4 ft tall. I posted a picture of the cage. It's a small vieled but kinda big cage. Also does it make any difference with 5.0 and 10.0 uvb ?

For a young veiled I would stick with the 5.0 because there isn't a lot of foliage in there.

Arcadia is best, for a baby you will need to change it to a better one later. So zoomed is fine for now then arcadia.
