Sorry it took me so long to reply. My poor girl had passed a few hours after my last update. I'm absolutely heartbroken and it makes me feel so horrible that I most likely caused the suffering. I'm not planning on getting any more chameleons in the future so as to not put anything through this...
I looked into her cage early this morning to check on her and it seems she has gotten much worse overnight. I have her in my hand now, barely hanging in there...The only way I know she's alive is from her soft breathing. I had a vet appt for this afternoon but its very unlikely she'll make it to...
Oh no, I just went to double check the repcal and it is the one with d3, i've been giving her this since i got her! I've been doing it every other day that I feed her... How bad is this?? I feel awful...could this be part of the reason she's sick??
i only use the repcal without d3 what else should I be using? I will take more pictures in the morning when she wakes up, before she was sick she had excellent grip, like freakishly strong... hehe. She never had a problem with it before but it has been getting weaker since the day I noticed her...
Alright, I'll be getting those asap, I appreciate all the help.
Here are two pics the second is how she was after she fell asleep again in her cage, she was barely holding on and it worried me. I've put her on a shirt on the bottom of her cage and she's staying there now.
Thank you so much! This is incredibly helpful, I will start this as soon as possible. One question I do have is where is most cost effective for getting the temp and humidity gauge and the bulbs
what my thoughts were is that for some reason she wasn't able to pass the worms right and so she threw them up and is now dehydrated from the process... is this plausible?

Our friend who's a vet had told us to palpitate her belly too in case of her being egg bound and after that was when I noticed the regurgitation... It may have been from the palpitation or had happened previously... can't really tell which.
She's still sleeping and she's less sluggish than before but she does seem to be showing a little improvement. I have only had her for 5 months and am fairly new at this so I'm really scared for her. I want to know what I did wrong so I don't put her through this again. I spray her with water a...
My veiled chameleon, Yubaba is about 8 months old and I've been feeding her gut loaded crickets and occasionally mealworms. I just recently introduced her to superworms in the last week and today I noticed her sleeping at the bottom of her cage. My first thought was dehydration so I took her...
