Almost two months now. It's her front left arm and it broke right across her wrist it was splinted for about a month she did and still moves it to get around... I didn't notice any thing was wrong till about a week after she fell her hand started to swell up that's when I took her to the vet for...
Thank u for the replys makes me feel a bit better knowing that it has been done b4.. She was on lots of medication when her arm was in a cast but nothing seamed to help :( the vet believes she will do much better once its removed, tho she still try's to get around on it and moves it... Gunna be...
My poor cameal took a bad fall and broke her arm it was put in a splint and just won't heal. Vet wants to amputate its still swollen and the bone inside is just breaking down.. Just wondered if anyone has done this b4 and how did they cope afterwards? It's her front left arm/leg.. :(
we have pillows in garbage bags below her to catch her fall,and kinda sinorized her cage by manking branches thicker, we kind thought it could be old age!!
but what would be a concidered "perfect" feeding schedule?
shes lays a new clutch every 4 months id say since we had her(we got her from the pet store when she was lil) well there are days when she doesnt get food, every other day or sumtimes or every 2nd...nd yes her neck nd legs r a lil swollen/puffy ...the exo terra calcium has no d3 just calcium
she has spots on her tail that look freckle like.... pictures are attached
and she keeps hanging upside down from her branches and falling to the bottom of her cage

I know exactly what you mean.....but no. At first we would be I'n the other room and hear her fall (now we have a pillow covered by a towel at the bottom of the cage to break her fall). Sometimes we come into the room and she's hanging by one leg and her tail from a branch...... This...
the calcium with d3 we are useing is ZOO MEDS Reptivite with D3
i sent a email to that website not sure if it will actually get to the dr tho:confused:
and my camera is taking very blury pictures ..... but lets say her limbs are a bit swollen too what would i do in that sittuation?
we will deffinetly cut down on the d3.... thanks or all ur feedback

dosnt look like this doctor has a diagnosis either
she has been in our care for 2 yrs ..... it is calcium with d3 .... and the lighting is linearbulb 5 uvb
it seems like its getting worse it is pretty swelled up now ,.... definetly not fat
